Welcome to Dhanso! Dhanso provides online grocery and essentials delivery services. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

Dhanso reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

3. Orders & Deliveries

Orders once confirmed cannot be modified. For cancellations, refer to our Cancellation Policy.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand. Dhanso will notify you in case of significant delays.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and ensuring availability at the time of delivery.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Dhanso reserves the right to update prices, offers, and promotions without prior notice.

Payment methods include UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available).

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for eligible products and as per our Returns Policy.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 2–4 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Dhanso (logos, images, text, graphics, design, and software) is the property of Dhanso and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dhanso will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
