At Dhanso, we are committed to delivering your groceries and fresh chopped vegetables on time, every time.

Delivery Timeline: We aim to deliver within your selected time slot. Standard delivery is usually completed within 24 hours, but in certain cases may take up to 2–3 working days, depending on location, product availability, and demand.

Service Areas: Dhanso currently serves both urban and rural areas of Kochi. Delivery availability may vary by pincode.

Delays: While we do our best to deliver within the promised timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, heavy traffic, or supply chain disruptions may occasionally cause delays. We will notify you promptly in case of any significant delay.

Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable at the delivery address during the scheduled attempt, our team will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated attempts.
